Indo-Iranian flick to finish shooting in 2 months

Qorban Mohammadpour's new film 'The Devil's Daughter' featuring Iranian and Indian stars is set to wrap up shooting in less than two months.

The flick from 'Salaam Mumbai' director has gone to the special effects stage and will end shooting in 45 days, Mohammadpour told local media Saturday.

The director also said Indian actor Jackie Shroff starring in his new film is due to come to Iran for the opening ceremony in Iranian cinemas.

'The Devil’s Daughter’ is Mohammadpour’s second production project in India after his movie ‘Salaam Mumbai’ in 2016.

 Iranian actor Hamid Farokhnezhad costars with a lineup of Indians actors, including Esha Gupta  and Gulshan Grover.

The high-grossing film 'Salaam Mumbai' did well at Iran box office, starring Iran megastar Mohammad-Reza Golzar and Bollywood female superstar Dia Mirza.
